We had something completely different planned for this episode, however like usual, a tangent took us onto Blue Therapy and we ran with it! Blue Therapy, if you don’t know, is a youtube series following two couples in therapy. It was trending on twitter and has been highly discussed all over the internet – we watched 3 episodes and that’s all we could take…franchement! This discussion moved on to relationships in general and we did touch on some difficult themes including abusive relationships.

We had an incredibly interesting conversation with Saidah. We discussed her experience studying abroad and what ultimately brought her to Switzerland, the work she does through her company, Foster Inclusion and her advice to new businesses hoping to consider D&I from the start of their journey. Nat shares her recent experience of a racist encounter with a beauty shop and gets Saidah’s perspective on the story.

Saidah also lets us know what she loves about Switzerland and what she misses about her home town of Toronto, Canada. Can someone please bring a roti shop to Geneva?! Thanks!! 🤣🤣
