In this episode we take a look back at our school days and share some stories of what we were like.  We also put forward an argument in favour of girl schools.

Kat also shares her experiences of being a teacher in England and how it compares to teaching in France, and the differences between French students and British students with amusing anecdotes.

12. We Go Ooot and Abooot!

Join us as we go out and about (“ooot and abooot”) for a lovely walk around a beautiful nearby lake.  This episode wasn’t planned and given that we’re “on location”, the audio quality is not the best – however we enjoyed our rambling chat so much we thought we’d share it with you!

This episode was first inspired by the debut album of Floetry (give it a listen if you haven’t done so!!).  Our rambling subjects cover dating stories from our past, London poetry soirees, Nat’s new look amongst other things!!

We had so much fun walking and talking so we’ll defo do more of these!

Join us as we take a look at French entertainment – mainly TV and music.  We discuss what we love, what could be better and what we don’t like at all and compare them with shows / music we are familiar with back home.  We share our personal tastes – do you agree with anything we’ve said? Or could you recommend a show / music for us to get into?  Remember we’re still on the lookout for a series to review.
If you are living abroad or have done so in the past, how did you find the entertainment on offer in your adopted country?  Share with us what you loved so we can all get plugged in.  With more time at home, we are looking for more distractions and interesting and amusing content to get stuck into.

In this episode, we’ve taken it upon ourselves to solve the internet’s problems, one dilemma at a time!

That’s right, as we mentioned back at the beginning of this podcast, we want to lend our voices to help others with their dilemmas, problems, questions etc.  However in lieu of receiving them directly to our inbox, we decided to scour the internet for problems – and as you can imagine, it did not disappoint!
